fig. 1 · Sample data, not your accounts.Per-person view.
  1. Every number shows its source and age.
  2. Stale stays stale. It is not counted as left.
  3. Sign-in needed is shown as such, with the official login.

Every plan. Its own dashboard. Its own reset clock.

  1. A page per plan

Each plan keeps its own limits, like Claude’s 5-hour and weekly windows, on its own usage page. To know where you stand, you open every one.

One screen, with the source and age of every reading.

  2. Limits hit mid-task

One plan hits its limit while another has hours left, and that allowance resets unused.

See what’s left and when it resets before you start.

  3. Agents can’t see limits

Coding agents start long tasks without knowing a limit is close, or what today’s date is.

Through MCP they read what’s left, when it resets, and the real date and time.

One plan? It’s built for that too.

Install, connect, read. Your agents get the same view.

A local MCP server gives Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Hermes and any MCP client the same readings you see, plus today’s real date and time.

  1. 01

    Install at launch

A desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux. Each package will be signed with minisign.

  2. 02

    Connect

Sign in with each provider’s own command-line tool. SubRabbit then reads that account’s usage. Your tokens stay with the provider’s tool.

    claude auth login

Same for Codex, Grok and Hermes: each provider’s official login, started by you.

  3. 03

    Read

Open the dashboard on your machine. Add SubRabbit as one entry in your MCP client’s config, and your agents read the same view.

Every answer includes the current date and time and the age of each number. Agents get readings only, never credentials.

Your data stays on your machine.

05TeamsComing after launch

Your team’s AI plans, in one view.

See which seats are near their limits and which go unused, without sharing a single credential.

What teams run into

  1. Nobody sees the team total.

Each person checks their own usage pages, one provider at a time.

  2. Paid allowance resets unused.

Some seats hit their limits while others reset with capacity left.

  3. Security wants nothing to leave laptops.

Credentials and prompts have to stay on each person’s machine.

How Teams works

Shared view
Members opt in and share readings only: what’s left, reset time and age.
Credentials
They stay on each laptop. Nothing is shared.
Policies
Org rules your members’ agents read through MCP before they start work.
SSO and billing
Single sign-on and one consolidated invoice for every seat.
Client spaces
Separate spaces per client, for agencies and consultancies.

At launchEach person runs SubRabbit on their own laptop. Credentials and readings stay there. No admin access, no shared accounts.

07FAQ

Questions people ask. The short answers.

Another question? Write to hello@subrabbit.com.

Is this a way around usage limits?

No. SubRabbit shows your limits so you can plan your work around them. It never shares, combines or switches accounts.

Do you see my tokens?

No. You sign in with each provider’s own login. SubRabbit never stores, sees or proxies tokens, and credentials stay on your machine.

Does SubRabbit use my accounts?

It reads usage through the official login you start. To get each reading, it makes a small status request to that provider. It never sends prompts or work through your accounts. Each provider sets its own terms, so check yours.

What data leaves my machine?

Only the status requests SubRabbit sends to the providers you connect, through your own login. Nothing is sent to us. If you buy Pro, our payment provider processes that purchase. Teams, after launch, is opt-in and shares readings only.

Which providers and plans does it support?

Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Grok and Hermes/Nous, with more planned. SubRabbit reads subscription plans: usage windows and reset times, such as Claude’s 5-hour and weekly limits. Pay-as-you-go API spend stays in each provider’s billing console. On a company plan like Claude Team or ChatGPT Business? List it when you join the waitlist; those answers set which company accounts come first.

Is it useful with one subscription?

Yes. You see what’s left, when it resets and where each reading came from. Your agent reads the same data over MCP.

When does it launch?

Early access opens in the coming weeks. People on the waitlist get it first.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. At launch, each person installs the free app and signs in with their own provider logins, and IT can check each package’s minisign signature before allowlisting. Teams comes after launch: a shared view of readings without shared credentials, org policies for agents, SSO, one invoice and client spaces for agencies.
